Keeping Fit Financially!
It was announced in the news a few weeks ago that Financial Traders are amongst the fattest workers in the world! With that in mind , my partner and I have decided that its time to introduce some fitness regime and a room full of exercise equipment into our offices. Our staff have looked on this with great anticipation and the gym is now ready for use!
We have rowing machines , running machines , weight training , all we bought online at Epic Fit and dont get me wrong ,
its not to build those muscles , but to keep fit. If muscles come then great!
