Getting the office re cabled . Again
We got our offices cabled a few months ago with normal Cat5 cables and we now realise after speaking to some experts that the best way forward is to look at CAT5e which is the next advance and standard for Cat 5 cables. We thought about looking at Wireless zones through out , but the expense of covering a 15 story building and security access worried us slightly.
At least with cables we know that our data is secure and in out own hands. With Cat 5e you get ( aparently ) less cross talk of data - and we need to head this route to ensure data integrity!
